Order Processing

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email or mobile number.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, pincode, and courier partner serviceability. Generally, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier-2 & remote areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note: unexpected delays (due to courier issues, strikes, or natural events) may extend delivery timelines.

Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or missed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • Once we receive the undelivered package, our team will contact you for confirmation.

Re-shipping & Store Credit

  • For prepaid orders, you can choose between:
    • Re-shipping the order (after address confirmation).
    • Store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, re-shipping may only be processed after reconfirmation.
