Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order is confirmed and shipped. Please make sure you are confident about your purchase before placing an order.
  • A refund or replacement will only be processed under the following conditions:
    • The product is received in a damaged condition, and the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video recorded by you.
    • The product is defective or incorrect, and this is evident in the unboxing video.
  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without proof of defect.
    • No unboxing video is shared.

Exchange Policy

  • We allow one-time exchange only. Please ensure you select the correct size/product at the time of purchase.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • An exchange fee of ₹100 will be applicable to cover one-way logistics charges (reverse pickup & re-delivery).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
